About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a small, close-knit team of two full-time members, with plans to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life.
I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates. I’m also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority.
As a smaller, established agency, we offer the advantages of flexibility, adaptability, and a truly supportive environment. Our culture is caring, casual, and relationship-focused, with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality interactions. We provide mentoring, coaching, and a Simple IRA, along with a workplace where people genuinely take care of each other.
Our office feels like a true family environment with a long-tenured, close-knit team. We’re looking for someone who is kind, empathetic, personable, and motivated—someone who values customer service and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first culture. If you’re looking for a place where relationships and teamwork come first, this could be a great fit for you.
