ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a small, close-knit team of two full-time members, with plans to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life.
I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates.

I’m also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority.

As a smaller, established agency, we offer the advantages of flexibility, adaptability, and a truly supportive environment. Our culture is caring, casual, and relationship-focused, with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality interactions. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teresa Susong - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
